GROUP 64’S MINI YOUNG COMPANY 

will be performing a short version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in March 2025. 

An exciting new production class is coming to Group 64!!!

Mondays 4.00-5.30pm 

(there will also be the option to drop off from 3.30pm)

In our Spring Term 2025 Group 64 will be trailing a PRODUCTION CLASS for children in Year 3 – Year 6. Rehearsals will take place every Monday from 4.00-5.30pm and the group will be working towards a more polished performance on Monday 24th March at 6.30pm. The children will have some lines to learn and will need a basic costume, they will also have experience of a technical rehearsal and dress rehearsal and will use the backstage area.  

We won’t lose any of the wonderful creativity, inclusivity and child-led style that Group 64 brings to every class, we would just like to give this age group more performance experience on our stage at Putney Arts Theatre!                

Musical Theatre

Thursday 4.00-5.30pm 

The Group 2 drama classes are a very exciting place to be, our young G64 members are encouraged to develop their imagination and own ideas, through drama games and activities. We use our fun and creative environment to bring out the best in each child, giving them opportunity to find a voice, create confidence and self esteem and make lots of new friends!

Our young G64ers also develop plenty of skills in our classes, such as singing, dancing, acting and voice.  

From 8 years old they have the opportunity to audition for Group 64’s productions performed on the main stage!

Each term has a new theme, recent themes include – Matilda – the Musical, Haunted House, Roald Dahls Revolting Rhymes, Spys, Comedy and  Bugsy Malone, Every term has an End of Term Presentation to give the Grown Ups an opportunity to see what we have been up to.
